Stephene + Colin ~ Glen Head, New York Wedding ~ Deseversky Mansion

Stephene and Colin got married this past Saturday and it was so wonderful! The ladies and men got ready at their respective families’ houses and everyone such had a blast. When everyone was all set to go, we headed to the gorgeous Cathedral of the Incarnation in Garden City, NY for the ceremony, which was super heartfelt and lovely! It was so special to see a couple who met in the 6th grade finally get to say I do! The whole thing was made even better by the presence of Aryell, their adorable pup. After the ceremony, everyone headed to the stunning Deseversky Mansion in Glen Head for the reception, which was such a fun party! I wish this couple all the best and am so honored to have photographed such a wonderful wedding!

Congratulations again Stephene + Colin! Here’s to many love filled years together!!

Lindsey + Sean ~ Roslyn, New York Wedding ~ The Royalton

Lindsey and Sean had their gorgeous wedding this past Friday and it was so great! We all started the day with getting ready at The Royalton in Roslyn. I was so obsessed with Lindsey’s gorgeous long-sleeved, lace gown, which was designed by Sachin & Babi. When everyone was all ready to go, we headed to the beautiful St. Aidan’s Church in Williston Park for the ceremony, which was so lovely and special to be a part of! After Lindsey and Sean were officially married, we headed back to The Royalton to party! There were awesome details around the room and you could really feel the love between everyone. Some of Sean’s family even made it over from Scotland, complete with kilts! It was truly a pleasure to capture such an easy-going, happy couple on their special day! I wish this couple all the best and am so honored to have photographed such a wonderful wedding!

Congratulations again Lindsey + Sean! Here’s to many love filled years together!!

Rebecca + Gerard ~ Oakdale, New York Wedding ~ Bourne Mansion

Rebecca and Gerard’s wedding was one I had been really looking forward to leading up to last Saturday! After we shot their engagement session at Robert Moses I knew the wedding was going to be incredibly fun! I laughed so hard at their engagement session, it was seriously a blast. Rebecca and Gerard have been together for 13 years, and when you are with someone that long the relationship is so intimate at the same time as being very, very real! Rebecca and Gerard are two lighthearted fun individuals and together they are a force to be reckoned with. Rebecca has the brightest smile I have ever seen and she has a huge heart all while ready to enjoy life and have fun! Gerard is a retired marine and a Nassau County Police officer, a man with a huge heart and so happy to serve his country! They got a beautiful fall day for their wedding last Saturday and we were able to take advantage of all of the stunning outdoor locations at Bourne Mansion where their reception was held. After photos they were able to enjoy their cocktail hour and reception with their guests and thanks to Phil at After Hours their reception was amazing. They had beautiful details, and the dance floor was filled with so much good energy, Rebecca even crowd surfed off of one of the DJ speakers. It was amazing! I had the best time photographing these two, and I am so excited to share a peek into their day with you!

Congratulations again Rebecca + Gerard! Here’s to a lifetime of fun together!

Christina + Steve ~ Smithtown, New York Wedding ~ Watermill

Christina and Steve’s wedding was last Friday at St Francis Church in Patchogue. A quaint little church with beautiful golden light streaming in during their ceremony. These two had a small bridal party {which I LOVE!!} of 2 ladies and 2 guys. I really dig small bridal parties, they make me so happy! They also had two of the sweetest and most well behaved flower girls I have ever worked with! It was such a pleasure working with everyone! It happened to be an extraordinarily cold day, but Christina and Steve wanted to have their portraits taken by the water, so after their ceremony was over and they were pronounced Mr and Mrs we headed south a few blocks from the church for their portraits during golden hour! I don’t know how they all did it, I was bundled up like an eskimo, but Christina and Steve and their bridal party were such troopers! They wanted to make it happen, so we did! And we got the most beautiful lighting during that hour! After sunset we headed to their venue for cocktails and their reception. Everything was planned so beautifully from their hand made candle favors, their comical cake topper featuring their dog {scroll to see!} and Christina’s choreographed dance with her Dad! We had such a great time with these two and their family and friends, and couldn’t be happier that we were there to document their day!

Congratulations again Christina + Steve! Here’s to many love filled years together!!

Elisa + John’s Engagement ~ Centerport, New York Engagement Session ~ Vanderbilt Mansion

I met Elisa and John at the Vanderbilt Mansion in Centerport, New York for their engagement session on Saturday. We were so excited to get a beautiful, sunny autumn afternoon to take these photos throughout the grand rooms of the gorgeous Vanderbilt. I absolutely loved their outfits, which totally fit in with the elegant setting! Elisa and John were so comfortable with each other and such a pleasure to spend time with–it was so easy photographing them! They’ll be getting married at Pine Hollow Country Club in East Norwich next September, and I can’t wait!

Congratulations again on your engagement, Elisa and John! See you in September!!
